Thesis is part from Diploma IV Study Program curriculum . All PIP Semarang cadets are required make Thesis as condition For get title Bachelor Applied Shipping ( S. Tr.Pel ). During the manufacturing process thesis No it is also rare problems, both from Lecturer mentor, friend peers and environment campus. With Thus the aim of this research is to analyze influence Supervisor Lecturer and Friend Peers to Final Assignment (Thesis) PIP Semarang Cadets.
The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The respondents of the study were PIP Semarang cadets Semester 7 and 8 from the Nautical, Technical and TALK Study Programs with a sample size of 220 respondents or cadets. Sampling was carried out using a questionnaire via google form with a Likert scale of 1 to 4. The data obtained from the questionnaire results were analyzed using the SPSS version 21 program.
The results of this study show that Supervisor Lecturers very has a significant impact on the Final Assignment ( Thesis ) . With thus when Supervisor Lecturer can carry out activity guidance with good and enthusiastic, then Cadet can finish Final Assignment or Thesis appropriate time . Friend Peers very has a significant impact on the Final Assignment (Thesis). With thus when Friend Peers can support and provide motivation to other cadets in carry out activity guidance, then Cadet can finish Final Assignment or Thesis appropriate time.
